SPR# MROE6TRRPP - Messages with MIME alternative parts contained the text of the message in plain text and in HTML. In either case, the character set must be specified correctly for the client to render the body correctly. This fix ensures that the character set of the text/plain alternative part is set correctly. Before this fix there was no charset parameter specified and it relied on the client to provide the correct default.
